We asked research firm Leger* to gather fresh data for us on consumer attitudes toward loyalty programs—participation rates, reward preferences, the types of programs that draw the most participation, etc. In this first release of the research results, we focus on Millennials’ responses. In particular:
- Which business categories fare best at attracting Millennial participation in their loyalty programs
- How Millennials feel about digital reward delivery
- Average loyalty program participation among Millennials versus total population.
